TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING THE PURCHASE AND SALE OF NOVELTY TYPE CERTIFICATES / DOCUMENTS

 

Completing a novelty document purchase from our website indicates that you agree to and accept all of the following conditions:

I, the user, fully agree and understand that all school and military items sold on this web site, herein referred to as "Novelty Document(s)" by "the vendor", CylentStudios, are strictly for novelty and/or personal purposes only. I also hereby swear and attest that I will not use the "Novelty Document(s)" for illegal purposes of any kind. I attest that I am at least 18 years of age and agree that I will not use these products to misrepresent myself in any way. I understand that the vendor disclaims all other representations, conditions or other terms, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, conditions of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose, with regard to the "Novelty Document(s)" ordered. I understand that by ordering any "Novelty Document(s)", I am automatically accepting these conditions and I will not hold the site operator or owner liable for any harm whatsoever that may be caused either directly or indirectly due to any use of the "Novelty Document(s)". I am purchasing the "Novelty Document(s)" for my personal novelty purposes only and for no other reason(s). I will not use the "Novelty Document(s)" in an illegal or otherwise improper manner that is in violation of these conditions, State Law or the Laws of the United States of America including the "Stolen Valor Act of 2005." I understand that these “Novelty Document(s)” are not being issued by any school, college, university, hospital, state, or any other government agency and that the "Novelty Document(s)" has/have absolutely no public educational or legal value, credit or merit whatsoever and that the vendor is not a representative or licensee thereof. I agree that I will not present any "Novelty Document(s)" from this vendor as an item having publilc value, credit or merit of any kind. I fully acknowledge that any representation made or given by the vendor is in relation to my personal novelty purposes only. I understand that Novelty Documents will not contain any wording that identifies any public, private, or government institution including copywrited logos, seals and other artwork. If any deposit money paid to Cylent Studios is refunded due to a breach of the herein terms and conditions, buyer agrees to pay a fifteen percent transaction fee on the total order value. I declare that I have checked the laws of my state and those of the United States of America and that I am not prohibited to possess any type of novelty document. I also understand that all "Novelty Document(s)" will be produced in such a manner as to comply with the provisions of all applicable State Laws and Codes of the United States. I hereby fully release the vendor and all persons associated with the sale of the "Novelty Document(s)" from any and all liability that may arise out of my placing an order. I agree that I will not use, nor will I allow any other party or person to use the “Novelty Document(s)” that I purchase from this vendor in any forum, including but not limited to, any type of media, legal or government related presentation, publication, report, evidence, production or exhibit. I solemnly swear and affirm that I am not affiliated in any capacity with any type of local, state or federal government agency or law enforcement. I also attest that I am not legal counsel in any capacity nor am I a local, state, or federal government employee who is purchasing “Novelty Document(s)” from this vendor for use in any type of investigation or legal action against the vendor. I claim complete and sole responsibility for any and all legal cost(s) and representation needed to represent the vendor should I not abide by any conditions of this agreement.
