We suggest alternative ways to reduce project costs without jeopardizing the integrity of the project through the use of design modifications, substitutions, new technologies and construction methods. We also design and prepare your drawings for permit submission. 
Cylent Studios designers develop detailed design intent drawings and specifications that clearly convey the sign’s design. Full color, comprehensive design drawings are provided for review and approval prior to fabrication on every project. We work closely with you in order to fulfill project’s goals to meet your highest expectations. Using information gathered from facility surveys and/or architectural drawings, we provide recommendations for your new signage. In addition to developing new designs, we also review existing designs and specifications and can implement according to any re-imaging programs.
Permits - Zoning - Municipal Code Research
Each municipal regulatory agency has different rules and guidelines, i.e., size, height, color, illumination, etc. Cylent Studios can determine the necessary requirements for all types of signage and awning applications. We have access to most municipal codes to help streamline permit procurement processes and have permit specialists who can expedite the entire permit process for you. We prepare all necessary documents, applications and drawings, and attach all required supplemental information, i.e., site plans, surveys, elevations, shop and engineering drawings to reduce regulatory red-tape for submittal and follow through until your project has been approved and permits are secured.
